Walter Davis, ROTC Platoon Sergeant 2
Walter Davis was a student at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University). In 1963-1964 he was a Platoon Sergeant, Cadet Sergeant, of the First Platoon of the ROTC A CO, or Able Company.
