the only heirs at law of Doctor Jonathan Beckwith late of
said county deceased, with a view to partial division of our said
Fathers estate, we bring the only heirs, and of full age,
current to the following division of three slaves viz: Luck
Amos & Alex[?] or Ellick, all being by us regarded as
of the same value.
The said Elizabeth B Beckwith takes the Slave Luck
The said Isaac W Beckwith takes the Slave Alex[?] or Ellick
The said Alexander Beckwith takes the Slave Amos.

The State of Alabama} J Wiley T Hawkins Judge of the
Lauderdale County } Probate Court of the County aforesaid,
hereby certify that Nathan Boddie a Subscribing witness to the
foregoing instrument, known to me, approved before me this day
and being sworn stated, that the parties to the instrument [or?]
agreement, voluntarily executed the same in his presence
and in the presence of the other subscribing witness on the
day the same [?] date, that he attested the same in
the presence of the contracting parties and in the presence
of the other subscribing witness, and that such other
witness subscribed his name as a witness in his presence.
