Engraving of Robert Stephens who worked for the Oxmoor Company for twelve years and opened mines for underground mining in Alabama. With F. D. Nabers, Zack L. Nabers and George M. Morrow he organized the Stouts Mountain Coal & Coke Company and was president and general manager for ten years.
