| Summary: | Box 8 Folder 21: "Alright we’re now on folder 21. A series of 8x10s here. Three are the same which shows Wanda Gooden in 1984 with a couple of winners who probably won airline tickets to somewhere. And they’re out at the airport posing for this, showing their tickets that they probably won at WJLD. We don’t know exactly what the contest was all about, but there’s an adorable little girl in the picture too who’s just wondering what’s going on here. She’s like perfect for whatever she’s perfect for. Also from 1984 is another 8x10 with the WJLD… with one of the co-sponsors of this contest, Cliff Muldrow, who owned Cliff's Limousines for many years and also owned a night club up there off of Valley Avenue, the name of which escapes me, although WJLD has had Christmas parties there and I don’t know why I can’t remember the name but I can’t. Anyway, Cliff obviously was part of this contest, delivering the winners to the airport in one of his limousines. Donated by photographer Lucious Washington."
