First time we see Bob Bell as a prospective WJLD owner, which lasted for two years. Also attached to this is a time schedule of performance. This is an affidavit determining a particular assigned time, and there are four assigned times for the aforementioned announcement. It was very important that the FCC see proof that it was announced.
