Summary:Box 4 Folder 47: "And we are now at folder 47, just a promo, a promo postcard of the Capitols. Those were the guys who did “Cool Jerk” in 1966. Found and donated by Bob Friedman. Like other postcard photos of performing artists in the collection, this too is from the Michael Ochs Archives - The American Postcard Company. Also in Folder 47, Duke, Duke, Duke, Duke of Earl. This is none other than Gene Chandler. It’s just a promo postcard from around 1962 when he had a big hit. Photo courtesy of Michael Ochs Archive; Pomegranate Publications, P.O.
