This by Epp’s Jewelers and Epp’s Jewelers was the Epstein family which were heavily involved in promoting black radio programming. These are numbered fans so obviously they’d do a drawing to see who got the lucky fan. It's interesting that you could also get your vision and hearing checked at Epps Jewelers.
