At the bottom of the painting are a front view of the main building with its doors and a cross section of the interior. The painting has the title: "Paris Prize 1941" and the caption which reads: "Windowless, economical operation, flexible, controlled light & air, blast resistant, easy to camouflage." The painting is in poor condition missing major pieces from the top and bottom edges and is encapsulated.
