Description
Summary:This image is a watercolor conceptual painting of a club lodge building done by Charles F. Davis on March 19, 1929. The top half of the painting shows the floor plans of the multi-story building outlining the rooms, walls, hallways, doors and doorways, windows, vestibule, interior stairways, decorative floors, and outside steps. There are rows of chairs lining the long sides of the two lodge rooms. At the bottom of the painting is a cross-section side view of the interior of the lodge also showing columns and porches and a dome. Both the side view and the floor plan are surrounded by trees and landscaping. There is a white label in the lower left corner that reads: "50." The painting is in good condition with only two minor spots of discoloration on the upper edge and is encapsulated.
