Summary:This image is a watercolor conceptual painting of a pumping station and water tower done by W.R. Ward sometime between 1917 and 1942. The painting shows the front and side view of the station with its brick walls, door, windows, molding, sloped roof and chimney. It also shows the tower with its door, windows, balcony, molding, roof tresses, and conical roof. The station is surrounded by grass, rocks, and trees with mountains in the background and birds in the air. There is a floor plan in the lower left corner. There is a white label in the lower right corner which reads: "43." The painting is in fair condition with dark red streaks and is encapsulated.
