There is a woman in period dress in front of the house. The house is placed within framing art showing its architectural features including the molding under the roof and around the doors, the columns, the wooden railing from the balcony, various scales, and floor plans of the porch. The painting is signed: "Drawn by Grady Hicks, Ala. Poly. Inst." The painting is in good condition, some minor discoloration in the lower left corner, and is encapsulated. |
