This image is a photograph used in the book Auburn, a Pictorial History of the Loveliest Village by Mickey Logue and Jack Simms, 3rd edition, 2013, depicting the history of the city and the University. From page 331: Terry Bowden, sopping wet from perspiration, celebrates Auburn's 36-33 come-from-behind football victory over Florida at Gainesville in 1994. The Gators, No. 1 nationally, had won seventeen straight at home and were a sixteen-point favorite. Auburn trailed by four points with thirty-six seconds remaining when Patrick Nix lobbed a pass from the Florida eight between two defenders to Frank Sanders, who leaped and caught it for a touchdown. Thirty seconds later, unbeaten Auburn had won eighteen games since Bowden became head coach and all since having been placed on NCAA probation before the start of the 1993 season. ... Despite beginning his Auburn career with a twenty-game winning streak, a 10-3 record in 1997, and an overall 47-17-1 achievement, Bowden stepped down in midseason 1998 after his team slumped to 1-5.
