Summary: | This image is a photograph used in the book Auburn, a Pictorial History of the Loveliest Village by Mickey Logue and Jack Simms, 3rd edition, 2013, depicting the history of the city and the University. From page 162: Marching behind a sign that urged the Tigers to claw that Bulldog, Auburn's band paraded before the football game with Georgia in Columbus, Georgia, in 1933. Auburn won, 14-6. The teams continued playing each other in Columbus until 1959, when they began playing on a home-and-home basis to provide more seats than the Columbus stadium offered.
