This image is a photograph used in the book Auburn, a Pictorial History of the Loveliest Village by Mickey Logue and Jack Simms, 3rd edition, 2013, depicting the history of the city and the university. From page 235: Jimmy Fibbe sank two free throws against Kentucky in the last five seconds at the Sports Arena in 1960 to give Auburn a 61-60 victory and keep the Tigers on a tightrope toward their first SEC basketball championship. Auburn players watching Fibbe's second shot were, left to right, John Helmlinger, Porter Gilbert (12), Ray Groover (22), and Captain Henry Hart. Groover later hit the layup that beat Alabama in overtime at Montgomery for the title. Only two starters were as tall as six foot three, and the team was dubbed Coach Joel Eaves' "Seven Dwarfs."
