The API creamery used this milk, and that from five or six local dairies, to supply dining halls and customers in town with milk and ice cream. In 2012 on these grounds across Samford Avenue from the Auburn Athletic Complex, the new Ag Heritage Park honored Auburn University's contribution to agriculture.
