Summary:This image is a photograph used in the book Auburn, a Pictorial History of the Loveliest Village by Mickey Logue and Jack Simms, 3rd edition, 2013, depicting the history of the city and the University. From page 192: Auburn fans showed their true colors at this pep rally in 1950. Despite five straight losses, they lined the College-Magnolia intersection in hopes of a victory that did not come against Tulane the next Saturday. Biggin Hall, about to become the new home of Architecture and the Fine Arts, was under construction. Betty Hutton was appearing in Annie Get Your Gun at the War Eagle Theatre. Photo source: W. N.
