Population density in counties are shown by the use of different shading level of yellow color throughout the map. An index on the location of Alabama principal cities with population information provided by the U.S. Census Bureau is placed right above the top neat line. There is an inset map of the city of Birmingham at the lower right corner. The map also shows rivers and relief. Relief is shown by hachure. Grid lines are used to show townships. The map is copyrighted by Rand McNally & Company and is made in U.S.A. It is an original copy of a printed map and is encapsulated. The map is in good condition.
