Colton & Co. in the Clerks Office of the the District Court for the Southern District of New York" is printed right above the bottom neat line. "No. 31" is penciled at the upper right corner. The map is an original printed copy and is encapsulated. Except for some torn parts on the sides, the map is in good condition. |
