Railroads, rivers, cities and Alabama counties are labeled in details. Grid lines are drawn on the state of Alabama to show townships. There is a map key on the right portion of the map. "Entered according to the Act of Congress in the year 1884 by the G.W. & C.B. Colton & Co. in the Office of the Librarian of Congress at Washington" is printed right above the bottom neat line. The map is a printed map mounted on cardboard. It is not encapsulated. The map is not in good condition. Discoloration is found in different parts of the map. There is a fold line right across the middle part of the map which makes the top and bottom portion of the map slightly out of alignment. |
