Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge
This refuge is located on the banks of the Tennessee River near Decatur. It provides a habitat for wintering birds and migrating ducks. The area is popular for birdwatching, wildlife observation, fishing, and hunting. Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge is located on Highway 67 near Decatur, AL.
