1950: The Iron Bowl (Auburn-Alabama football game) 11
The 1950 Iron Bowl was played in Birmingham, Alabama on December 2. The Tide defeated the Tigers 34-0 getting revenge for a 14-13 defeat the year before. It was Auburn coach Earl Brown's last game as coach for the team. He was fired and replaced by Shug Jordan.
