That such person shall have and is hereby invested with full povfer to compromise or adjust said n otes and accounts upon such terms as he may deem best , or to collect the same by such as he flay consider the interest of the ColleGe r equire, and for these purposes may empl oy ot her persons wher ever it i s not pr a ct icable for him to attend personally .
