REoOLV ~D, that the Executive Committee furnish the Auditing Committee
with the entire auditorship of the College which when audited shall be
recorded by the Secretary.
RESOLVED , that the Executive CODmdttee repor~ annually to the Board of
Trustees.
RESOLVED, that a comnuttee of three be appointed to petition the Alabama
Annual Conference now in session for the continuance of an agent. Committee:
