Summary:Caption: "George Williams, pictured w/ tractor and disc. Macon Co." Story: "George is a very progressive and successful farmer, owning his own farm of 220 acres, 50 head grade Jersey cattle, 8 head mules and horses, a Farmall tractor and other up-to-date farm implements. His farm has never had but one mortgage on it and that was in 1916 when all crops were a failure and this mortgage was paid off in 1918. His money crops, other than regular field crops, are hogs and cream."
