The following notes accompany the original tape: Special Composite re: Whitehurst // Bernard Whitehurst Case // Inside case is a letter from Thomas Josephsen, VP and Gen Manager of WSFA, to Charles Batson, the President of Cosmos Broadcasting. The letter is addressing a controversy around a nes article (enclosed as well) and Josephsen believes an editorial that they did (transcript enclosed) clarifies the mis - reporting done in the article. The tape supposedly holds the segment as well.
