WSFA-TV's George Mitchell was present to cover the event. 0:06:13: Campaign rally for U.S. Senate candidate Winton Blount at Garrett Coliseum in Montgomery on November 1, 1972. Both George Wallace Jr. and Hank Williams Jr. performed at the event, though only Wallace is visible in this footage. 0:08:39: WSFA-TV's Norman Lumpkin interviewing Republican U.S. Senate candidate Winton Blount on November 6, 1972, the day before the general election.
