Acts of the legislature of the Alabama Territory.
In order to become law, the acts had to be signed by the speaker of the House of Representatives, the president of the Legislative Council, and the territorial governor. The acts were introduced before the first and second sessions of the first General Assembly of the Alabama Territory.
