Affadivit related to the case of State vs. William Morgan (alias Lemual Reddin).
The affadavit alleges that a man calling himself William Morgan stole two horses from John R. H. Acklin and William Saunders in Madison County, Alabama. Morgan (under the name Lemuel Redding) was found in jail under the in Maury County, Tennessee. The horses were recovered there as well.
