Letter from J. J. Seibels in camp near Manassas, Virginia, to Henry Semple.

In the letter Seibels suggests that Semple join with another officer to form an infantry regiment: "I feel quite sure that the association would be agreeable, & equally so that a Regt. under you & him would reflect credit upon the state & yourselves."
