This document is strictly confidential and should not be allowed to fall into the hands of an alien. It is not a magazine, newspaper, or periodical, but strictly a communication and should be treated as such. Every Klansman in the realm of Alabama is entitled to a copy and should see that his Kligrapp furnishes him with one. Study the contents thoroughly and carry out the programs set out therein."
