Subjects discussed include general business conditions; resolutions passed by the board of directors; daily operations and overall condition of the railway; potential property sales and expansion of the railway line; consolidation with the Montgomery and Cloverdale Electric Railway Company; and the electrification of the line by the Montgomery Light and Power Company.
