Reports by the Alabama Board of Administration on the sentences of Clarence Norris, Haywood Patterson, Ozie Powell, Charlie Weems, and Andy Wright, five of the nine "Scottsboro Boys" who had been falsely accused of rape in Jackson County in 1931.
