Turner, Dallas Ramsey, Norris Payne, Beatrice Maddox, G. W. Chamlee, Willie Roberson, Olen Montgomery, Ozie Powell, Andy Wright, Eugene Williams, Haywood Patterson, Percy Ricks, Dr. Edward E. Reisman, Lester Carter, E. L. Lewis, May Jones, and Ruby Bates. Representing the prosecution were Attorney General Thomas E. Knight, Assistant Attorney General Thomas Seay Lawson, Wade Wright, and H.
