Minutes of the Union Republican Convention in Selma, Alabama, from September to December 1868.
The minutes were written by Charles Bartlett, secretary of the convention, in a scrapbook of newspaper clippings. (In 1867, Bartlett moved from Maine to Alabama, where he served as a clerk at the Freedmen's Bureau office in Selma.)
