Letter from Congressman Frank Boykin in Washington, D.C., to Earl Morgan, executive secretary to Governor Wallace, in Montgomery, Alabama.

In the letter Boykin suggests that Governor Wallace's inaugural address be printed in a pamphlet "because many newspapers will only print excerpts and you might not understand the speech unless you have every word that our great fighting Governor spoke."
