Summary:The footage, which is silent, was shot by Fidelity Film Productions. It begins with scenes of students on the campus of Auburn University. At 0:03:04, the footage switches to Montgomery, first showing the Capitol and then a meeting in the office of the director of the Planning and Industrial Development Board. Leonard Beard, board director from 1963 to August 1968, presides over the discussion. At 0:11:19, the footage switches again to a woman standing and waving outside a buliding; a ship lined in lights at night; another quick shot of the meetin; a large group of adults walking and standing outside; and a shot of Beard speaking.
