Charles G. Gunter.
Gunter served in the Alabama House of Representatives from 1847 to 1850. After the Civil War, he moved to Brazil, bought slaves, and had a plantation. According to notes written on the back of the photograph, Charles Gunter had dark brown hair, black eyes, and a dark complexion.
