MPs of the New York National Guard gathered around a vehicle at Camp Smith.
One soldier is waving, and another is sticking out his tongue. This unit was mobilized in late 1940 and became the 27th U.S. Infantry Division. The men were then sent to Fort McClellan, Alabama.
