Thomas Jonathan "Stonewall" Jackson.

Jackson fought in the Mexican war and was a member of the United States Army until 1851. During the Civil War, he served as a lieutenant general of the Confederate Army and received the nickname "Stonewall." He was killed at Chancellorsville in May 1863.
