Charles T. Mohr.
Mohr, a native of Germany, was a pharmacist and botanist. He set up a pharmacy in Mobile, Alabama, in 1857 and spent decades studying and experimenting with the flora of the region. His major work, PLANT LIFE IN ALABAMA, was published just after his death.
