There are very elaborate decorations throughout the building, the gold leaf decorations alone costing approximately $2,500. The heating system is the latest, thermostat controlled. The approximate cost of site, building, equipment and furnishings is $425,000." The postmark date on the back of this postcard is September 28, 1928.
