John Aduston Rogers of Gainesville, Alabama.
Rogers served in the Alabama Senate from 1894 to 1896, 1898 to 1899, 1903 to 1907, 1919 to 1923, and 1935 to 1939. He also served in the Alabama House of Representatives from 1915 to 1919, and he was a delegate to the 1901 Constitutional Convention.
