Interior of Duck Springs Covered Bridge, 10 miles north of Gadsden, Alabama.
Built in 1879 over Big Wills Creek, between Duck Springs and Keener in Etowah County, the bridge had one span and was 119 feet long. It was destroyed by arson July 7, 1972.
