Charles Carter Langdon.
Langdon served in the Alabama House of Representatives from 1855 to 1856, in 1862, and from 1881 to 1883. He was a member of the constitutional conventions of 1865 and 1875, and he served as Alabama's secretary of state from 1885 to 1890.
