Dr. Cross House in Cherokee, Alabama.
House built by Dr. William Cordell Cross after the Civil War (around 1866); the original family home was burned by Union soldiers in 1863. Dr. Cross, his wife, and other family members are buried in the cemetery near the house. [AHC number CT-0032]
