South side of the Bliss House, at the southwestern corner of Cypress and Tennessee Streets in Florence, Alabama.
Looking north. The house was built around 1890 by incorporating the Woodcock House (built around 1825) as its rear wings; it was razed in the 1970s to clear space for HUD housing. [AHC number LU-0001]
