This boulder in Wetumpka, Alabama, marks the spot from which troops departed for the front during the Civil War.
Behind the boulder on the right is the Presbyterian church, which was built in the early 1800s. Senator John H. Bankhead, Sr., and Tallulah Brockman were married there in 1866.
