Captain John Clark Francis, Co.B, 30th Alabama Infantry, C.S.A.
Francis was captain of Co.B, 30th Alabama Infantry from 1862 until promoted to major in August 1863. He was promoted to lieutenant colonel a few weeks before he was killed at Rocky Face Ridge, Georgia.
