Francis Strother Lyon.
Lyon was a member of the Alabama Senate from 1833 to 1834; the U.S. House of Representatives from 1835 to 1839; the Alabama House of Representatives in 1861; and the Alabama Senate from 1876 to 1877. He also drafted the 1875 Alabama Constitution.
