Description
Summary:Page 22 from a series of township maps of Crenshaw County, Alabama. Patsaliga Creek and the Pike County line are visible, and the page is signed by delineator J. D. Colquitt. These maps were drawn by WPA workers under the supervision of Paul Grimes, an engineer with the State Highway Department, and they are based on information compiled in 1936 by the Alabama Relief Administration from county probate records. Each of the township maps includes a list of property owners in the area that is also illustrated on the map itself.
